Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") forms an integral part of, and must be read together with, the Terms of Use of Nageshwar Shukla and NSI Group ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By booking, registering for, purchasing, or using any of our programs, events, products, or services (the "Services"), you ("you", "User") accept this Policy in full.

1.Scope and Acceptance

This Policy applies to every booking, registration, purchase, subscription, and payment made to the Company, whether through this website, third-party platforms, payment partners, agents, or in person. Capitalised terms used here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.

2.Definitions

  • "Programs" means coaching engagements, live and online events, workshops, residential trainings, mentorships, and any other paid offerings.
  • "Digital Goods" means recordings, e-books, downloads, course portals, and any other intangible content.
  • "Physical Goods" means books, merchandise, and any other tangible products dispatched to the User.

3.General Position — All Sales Final

All payments made to the Company are final and non-refundable, except where this Policy expressly provides otherwise or where a refund is required by applicable law. By making a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed all available information regarding the relevant Service and have made an informed decision.

4.Cancellation by the User

Once a booking is confirmed or a payment is made, the User shall not be entitled to cancel and receive a refund. The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion and on a case-by-case basis, offer a partial credit toward a future Service, subject to the conditions in clause 7. No cash refunds are issued in lieu of credits.

5.Cancellation by the Company

The Company may cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or substitute any Program, faculty member, host, venue, format, or schedule at any time and without prior notice. In such cases the Company will, at its sole discretion, either:

  • reschedule the Service and apply your existing payment to the rescheduled Service; or
  • issue a credit valid for a future Service of equivalent value; or
  • issue a refund of the unutilised portion of the amount actually paid, less any non-recoverable third-party costs (payment-gateway fees, taxes, accommodation deposits, ticketing fees, and similar).

The User shall have no further claim against the Company in respect of any such cancellation, postponement, or substitution.

6.Rescheduling and Substitution

Requests by the User to reschedule a confirmed booking or to substitute another individual in their place will be considered at the Company's sole discretion. Where granted, such requests may attract administrative charges and are subject to availability. No request to reschedule or substitute creates a refund right.

7.Refund Procedure

Where a refund is expressly authorised under this Policy:

  • the User must submit a written request to legal@nageshwarshukla.com within seven (7) days of the relevant event, with proof of payment and supporting details;
  • approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) to thirty (30) business days from the date of approval;
  • refunds are issued only to the original payment instrument and in Indian Rupees, regardless of the currency of payment;
  • payment-gateway charges, processing fees, taxes, foreign- exchange differences, and any non-recoverable third-party costs are not refundable;
  • the Company's refund decision is final and binding.

8.No Partial Refunds

No refund or credit is available for partial attendance, partial use, late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance of any Program. Failure to access Digital Goods, log in to online sessions, or claim joining instructions does not constitute a basis for refund.

9.Force Majeure

The Company is not liable to refund any amount where performance is delayed, disrupted, or rendered impractical by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, public-health advisories, governmental orders, civil disturbances, strikes, failures of transport, telecommunications, or third-party platforms. The Company may, at its discretion, reschedule or offer credit in such cases.

10.Chargebacks and Disputes

Chargebacks raised before the User has exhausted the refund procedure set out in clause 7 are strictly prohibited. Any chargeback raised in breach of this Policy may, at the Company's discretion, result in immediate suspension of access to all Services, forfeiture of any unused credit, and recovery of legal, administrative, and bank-dispute costs from the User.

11.Modifications

The Company may amend this Policy at any time, in its sole discretion. The version posted on the Site is the version in force, and applies to all bookings made after posting.

12.Governing Law and Disputes

This Policy is governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution mechanism set out in the Terms of Use, including exclusive jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

13.Contact

All refund and cancellation requests must be sent to legal@nageshwarshukla.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
