1.Scope
This Policy applies to all Services delivered by the Company, whether digital, in-person, or physical. It must be read with our Terms of Use and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2.Digital Programs and Content
Digital Services — including online courses, recordings, e-books, downloads, and access to course portals — are delivered electronically only. Access credentials, login details, or download links are issued to the email address provided at the time of booking, ordinarily within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of payment confirmation. The Company makes no representation or warranty as to instant delivery.
3.Live and Residential Programs
Joining instructions, schedules, and venue details for live and residential Programs are emailed to the User in advance of the Program. Unless expressly bundled and stated in writing, the Company does not arrange or pay for the User's travel, transit, accommodation, meals, visas, insurance, or local taxes, all of which are the User's sole responsibility and cost.
4.Physical Goods
Where the Company dispatches physical products (such as books or merchandise), the following applies:
- Coverage — domestic shipping within India only, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
- Carrier — dispatched through reputable third-party courier and logistics partners selected at the Company's discretion.
- Estimated delivery — typically five (5) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination and carrier conditions. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Tracking — provided by email where available; the Company is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or downtime of carrier tracking systems.
5.Shipping Charges and Taxes
Shipping charges, handling fees, applicable GST, customs duties (where relevant), and any other levies are calculated and displayed at checkout or invoiced separately, and are non-refundable. Where customs or import duties apply at the destination, they are payable by the User.
6.Delivery Address and User Obligations
The User is solely responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including name, address, PIN code, email, and contact number. The Company is not liable for any delay, non-delivery, or loss arising from incorrect or incomplete information. Reshipment as a result of address errors, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed attempts may attract additional charges, payable by the User before redispatch.
7.Risk and Title
Risk in any Physical Goods passes to the User upon dispatch from the Company's premises or those of its fulfilment partner. Title passes upon receipt of full payment in cleared funds.
8.Delays and Disruptions
The Company is not liable for any delay or non-delivery caused by carrier performance, public holidays, strikes, weather, transport restrictions, governmental action, or any other event beyond its reasonable control. Estimated delivery timelines do not create any contractual commitment as to actual delivery date.
9.Damaged, Lost, or Defective Goods
Any claim of damage, defect, missing items, or wrong-product delivery must be raised in writing to legal@nageshwarshukla.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, accompanied by order details, photographs, and the unopened or original packaging where applicable. Claims raised after this window will not be entertained. Resolution — whether replacement, partial credit, or refund — is determined at the Company's sole discretion in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10.Failed Digital Delivery
If access credentials or download links do not arrive within the expected window, the User must notify the Company within seven (7) days of payment. The Company's sole obligation in such cases is to attempt redelivery. Failure to monitor or check spam, junk, or quarantine folders does not constitute non-delivery.
11.International Delivery
Live and online Programs are accessible internationally subject to local connectivity and law. The Company does not ship Physical Goods outside India unless expressly agreed in writing, and reserves the right to refuse any international order at its sole discretion.
12.Modifications
The Company may revise this Policy at any time, in its sole discretion. The version posted on the Site is the version in force.
